I've been involved with a lot of different mental health research projects over the years and currently as part of my academic position with Alliant International University. I thought you may be interested in seeing some of the professional publications that have resulted from those studies. If not, and you have trouble sleeping at night, I recommend reading a few of them. You'll be out in no time!

Copyright restrictions prevent me from putting the final published version of some of the articles on my website. In that case, I have posted the pre-publication version.

My main areas of research interest is common factors of change in Marriage and Family Therapy. Basically, what I look at is when two people go to therapy and receive two very different treatments yet both get better, what were the "common factors" in the treatments that helped the people change? Here are some professional articles that I've published on this topic, as well as several others.
